Caring is an emotion. Emotions are difficult to conceal. That is why people can see what you really care about by your actions vs what you say about it. No matter what they “say”, most companies care about money first, customers second, and the people who work for them third.
I think they have this backwards. If you truly care about the people that work for you they will take care of your customers and that will bring you profit.
What if you are already working for the average greedy company? You can still care for the people around you and below you. Your attitude is very likely to catch on, and you will experience the benefits. When you care about people it shows and you become somebody people want to care about.
Caring about others makes the great Blue Sky even more beautiful.
